The executive of our club has met and mapped out the following to close out 2020 and commence 2021.

Presentation/ Registration day February/March 2021 date and venue to be confirmed : This day will firstly be about acknowledging our teams performances in 2020 with team trophies and premierships jackets awarded. We will also use the day to launch season 2021. As for the awarding of trophies mod and international teams will awarded the usual Best and Fairest , Most Improved etc. The executive has made the decision due to the shortened season that club awards will not be awarded for 2020.

Bondi United will be once again producing a yearbook a tradition that started in the mid 60’s , this year we are looking at a digital version along with a small print run. Are all our teams able to get to work on their team reports , trophy winners, team and any action photos that you would like to have included. Cath will be in touch directly with an email address where all the above information can be sent to.

Xmas Eve at the Beach Rd another long standing tradition at Bondi United, we will be having discussions with the Beach Rd management about how the best way we may be able to have Santa visit. Currently everyone has to be seated in a licensed venue which will be a problem in itself and secondly while Santa is ready to go social distancing rules may be restrictive in how much contact is allowed. We will further advise as information comes to light .

Golf Day we expect to go ahead as normal up at the Diggers in line with what the rules and restrictions are at the time.

The 75th plus 1 celebration hopefully with the continued relaxation of restrictions I will be able to provide some clarity of the event after speaking with Easts Leagues club and will advise accordingly.

Annual General Meeting will be held at the end of November more than likely Tuesday the 24th with a time and venue to be confirmed.
