SIGNING GAME DAY TEAM SHEETS

Hi All,

Enjoy this weekends games!

Just a reminder with sign on sheets, we need signatures even from the little ones. Initals like (LW) will do.

If someone on the sheet doesn’t play, please put a line through their name.

If the sheet is blank, please write both first name and surname for all players. We get people even writing nicknames which just becomes a nightmare to work out who’s who.

All this stuff is important for finals eligibility. We would hate to see someone miss out on finals due to a sign on stuff up.
